Who shows you the lightning

Holy Quran 13:12

هُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُرِيكُمُ ٱلْبَرْقَ خَوْفًا وَطَمَعًا وَيُنشِئُ ٱلسَّحَابَ ٱلثِّقَالَ

وہی ہے جو تمہیں (کبھی) ڈرانے اور (کبھی) امید دلانے کے لئے بجلی دکھاتا ہے اور (کبھی) بھاری (گھنے) بادلوں کو اٹھاتا ہے،Holy Quran 13:13

وَيُسَبِّحُ ٱلرَّعْدُ بِحَمْدِهِۦ وَٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ مِنْ خِيفَتِهِۦ وَيُرْسِلُ ٱلصَّوَٰعِقَ فَيُصِيبُ بِهَا مَن يَشَآءُ وَهُمْ يُجَٰدِلُونَ فِى ٱللَّهِ وَهُوَ شَدِيدُ ٱلْمِحَالِ

(بجلیوں اور بادلوں کی) گرج (یا اس پر متعین فرشتہ) اور تمام فرشتے اس کے خوف سے اس کی حمد کے ساتھ تسبیح کرتے ہیں، اور وہ کڑکتی بجلیاں بھیجتا ہے پھر جس پر چاہتا ہے اسے گرا دیتا ہے، اور وہ (کفار قدرت کی ان نشانیوں کے باوجود) اﷲ کے بارے میں جھگڑا کرتے ہیں، اور وہ سخت تدبیر و گرفت والا ہے، 

He is who shows you the lightning frightfully and desiring/coveting , and He creates/develops the clouds, the heavy/loaded.

And the thunder praises/glorifies with His gratitude/thanks , and the angels from fearing Him, and He sends the fires falling from the sky accompanied by thunderous noise/death , so He strikes/hits with it whom He wills/wants, and (while) they argue/dispute in God, and He is strong (severe), the impenetrable/powerful, and mighty .
